Inaiye Matrimony — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inaiye Matrimony, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to marry in your jurisdiction to use Inaiye. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: • Post false or misleading information • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Use the service for commercial solicitation • Attempt to access other users' private data • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Profile Content

All profile information and photos you upload must be of yourself and must be appropriate. Inaiye reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Privacy

Your use of Inaiye is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of Inaiye require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the app settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Inaiye is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that profiles are verified.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
